Bill Franz

Owner and Founder

Bill is a strategic, senior level executive with over 25 years’ experience facilitating and managing organizational improvement with a focus on strategy, operations, finance, and patient/client services. He maintains a long track record of rallying internal and external leaders around common goals and outcomes. Bill is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, proactive thinking, and the ability to translate complex concepts into achievable action plans. He has proven that better health outcomes and an improved bottom line are not mutually exclusive.

Bill's work experiences outside of consulting include working for a Federally Qualified Health Center, Healthcare System, University Research Foundation, and Community Foundation. 

Bill resides in Naples, FL but works nationally. Outside of work, Bill and his wife Christine enjoy hiking, biking and other outdoor activities; generally spending summers with family in the Northeast to take advantage of all the area has to offer. Bill and Christine most enjoy spending time with their son, three daughters, and grandson.

Beth Little-Terry

Beth has vast experience in healthcare including Chief Executive Officer roles at several Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), various positions focused on state Medicaid contracting, and coordinating services for the underserved.  Beth’s experience as a Grant Reviewer for the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) brings unique value to the table.

Chuck Hutchings

Chuck has over 25 years' experience in management, consulting, and oversight of outpatient facilities and medical offices.  With extensive experience in IT implementations, revenue cycle management, regulatory compliance, and quality initiatives Chuck helps improve clients' operations.

Jeremy Wilson

Jeremy has diverse experience within the FQHC space. In addition to strategic financial management, he has had notable accomplishments in health center compliance, federal grant writing and management

(2 CFR 200 and 45 CFR 75), as well as 340b contract pharmacy compliance during his time as a Chief Financial Officer in a rapidly growing rural health center.

Adam Middleton

Adam has committed his entire professional career to healthcare and works as a business consultant for hospitals, physician groups, and healthcare related entities.  Adam focuses on physician compensation, fair market value, management, operations, finance, and strategic planning.

Walt Peters

Walt has worked for over 25 years in the field of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality. He has extensive regulatory knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety, Environmental Compliance, and Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 18001/45001).
