Walt has worked for over 25 years in the field of Environmental, Health, Safety, Security, and Quality. He began his career in the steel and hazardous waste treatment and storage industries before joining General Electric and global chemical manufacturer, SI Group, 

Walt has extensive regulatory knowledge in Occupational Health and Safety, Process Safety and Environmental Compliance.  He has developed and implemented Management Systems to conform to the certification requirements of ISO 9001, 14001/RC14001 and 45001.  As an industry leader in the implementation of Human and Organizational Performance (H&OP), he has presented at several industry conferences and has performed H&OP training across North America, EMEA, and APAC.
