AI is reshaping healthcare — but Community Health Centers (CHCs) face unique challenges: maintaining mission-driven staffing, meeting rising demand, economizing to cope with shrinking margins, and responding to increasing compliance intensity. An effective AI strategy is not about replacing people — it’s about strengthening them.

This executive series presented by THRIVE and RainTech will show how to use human-centric AI to expand clinical capacity, reduce administrative burden, preserve financial sustainability, and create responsible, trust-based adoption inside your organization.

Each session is 60 minutes and includes 20 minutes of open Q&A.

Session #1 - November 20, 2025, 2 P.M. EST

Making AI Human-Centric: Why Health Centers Must Adopt AI — and How to Build the Strategy

AI is rapidly reshaping healthcare — but for Community Health Centers, the strategic opportunity is not automation for automation’s sake. It’s about optimizing human and AI resources to protect mission, improve patient-centric care, reduce burnout, increase access, and strengthen the financial engine that sustains care. In this executive-level session, THRIVE and RainTech co-present a braided, side-by-side dialogue that frames AI as a human capacity amplifier — not a staff replacement. We’ll define the core elements of an AI strategy specific to safety-net realities: aligning to mission, selecting technology, implementing security, reframing workforce roles, establishing governance (early!), and sequencing adoption to ensure sustainable ROI. Leaders will leave with clarity on why AI planning is strategically urgent and how to create a human-centered AI implementation process.

Session #2 - Date TBD

AI that Strengthens People & Financial Sustainability: Revenue Cycle, Admin & Operations

AI is rapidly becoming one of the most powerful levers for stabilizing Community Center finances. In this co-led session, THRIVE and RainTech jointly illustrate uses of AI that reduce burden and strengthen revenue, including call center intake automation, denial reduction, improved credentialing workflows and administrative task relief. We show how to frame AI as both a workforce uplift engine and a margin preservation tool — freeing staff from repetitive work, enabling higher-value tasks, and ultimately protecting organizational sustainability. Through strategic AI adoption, many Community Health Centers can see meaningful ROI within 6–12 months.

Format: 60 minutes — includes 20 minutes Q&A.

Session #3 - Date TBD

Human-Centered Care: Clinical Capacity, Compassion & Safety with Ambient + Decision AI

Clinicians are drowning — but AI solutions are now available to lift heads above water. In this session, THRIVE and RainTech co-present examples of human-centered clinical enablement: ambient documentation assist, clinical note completion, care plan suggestion, population risk flags, and triage support — all designed to return time, reduce cognitive load, and improve connection at the point of care. We emphasize ethics, transparency, safety, and the clinical leadership role in acceptance — and how to maintain clinician control while reducing burnout. Leaders will leave with a practical understanding of where clinical AI actually works today — and how to adopt it with compassion and trust.

Format: 60 minutes — includes 20 minutes Q&A.

Session #4 - Date TBD

Building Safe & Responsible AI Infrastructure: Technical + Regulatory Guardrails

AI success in Community Health Centers cannot scale without the right foundation. In this co-facilitated session, THRIVE and RainTech break down the technical and regulatory realities of AI deployment in the safety-net: PHI isolation, data access, security, HIPAA NPRM implications, 340B considerations, risk scoring, model evaluation, vendor-neutral architecture patterns, and how to select tools that won’t create lock-in or legal exposure. We outline technical and compliance guardrails required to protect patients, clinicians, and mission, and the importance of assessing data quality to ensure information system readiness. Attendees will leave understanding what policies and procedures must be codified before deploying AI — and the right sequence to build a future-proof foundation.

Format: 60 minutes — includes 20 minutes Q&A.

Session #5 - Date TBD

Is My Organization Ready for AI?: Human-Centered Organizational Readiness & Change Adoption

Most AI projects fail not because the model is weak — but because the organization’s culture isn’t ready to adopt it. In this session, THRIVE and RainTech co-narrate how to evaluate readiness through a people-first lens: messaging, workforce reassurance, governance structure, board alignment, risk tolerance, trust-building, and change management. We’ll show how to communicate AI’s value differently to different groups — Boards, clinicians, billing teams, call center staff — so adoption feels like empowerment, not threat. We’ll also discuss practical tools for readiness assessment and early-stage pilot design. Leaders will leave understanding how to prepare the organization in a way that builds confidence, security, and shared ownership — from day one.
